The Multi-pin Head Bore is an independent spindle boring head developed by HSD Mechatronics. It is mainly utilized for point-to-point boring and milling of NC machines. The unit comes with oval section pistons for a 35% increase in thrust in the spindle lowering mechanism. It is supplied with a series of remote controlled solenoid valves with just 1 connection. The unit eliminates the need to wire every individual spindle. In addition, the framework is available with wide range of models with vertical spindles, horizontal spindles or cutting units.
