Hydraulic chucks can be added for having more clamping options for the toolholder. The newer version of hydraulic chucks are available within the range of 6 to 32 mm. The chucking system can be made used with both stationary and rotating applications. It can also increase the life of the cutting tool and can provide with excellent surface finish. It has a high runout accuracy of less than 0.003 mm and it need very low torque to trigger the clamping mechanism.
