Jergens presents hydraulic vise with 4 sided columns.

Eight stations are included to contain workpieces. It provides two standard bases along with customized mounting options and specialized base dimensions. Using the mounting holes given on 80MM or 100MM centers, direct mounting of the universal base is possible on almost all HMC tables. The addition of Jergens Ball Lock® Mounting System to HMC can provide additional reductions in set-up times.

It is possible to interchange vise columns or other fixtures within a minute. Fixture locations provide repeatability within ±0.0005" (0.013mm) or better. Self-sufficient operation of each vise is enabled by the individual valving. In comparison to manual vises, hydraulic vise provides repeatable outcomes with reduced effort.

Machinable aluminum jaws with width of 4" or 100mm are provided by the hydraulic vise columns. The device also enables quick changing of jaws. Standard options include extra tall jaws, extra wide jaws, all steel jaws and hardened jaw sets. Also available are 3-sided and four-sided models.
