The 3 Sided Production Vise Columns is a 6" CNC machine vise manufactured by Jergens. It offers better accessibility to workpieces through its six workstations. Through its mounting holes on 80mm or 100mm centers, it can be mounted directly on most HMC tables.

The key features of the vise column include multiple mounting mechanisms, fast quick-change jaw system, complete jaw travel, hardened and ground stainless steel rails that provides jaw support and wear-resistance, and completely sealed lead screw assembly. Additionally, it can be delivered with machinable soft jaws and hard jaws.
