The Kitagawa Europe QJR07, a 178-mm, three-jaw, quick-change power chuck, is a heavy-duty, alloy-made equipment practically designed for providing an extra boost of operation speed and a more reinforced gripping ability as compared to traditional chucks. This huge bore chuck is compatible with Kitagawa standard metric top jaws. Additionally, an optional base jaw may be added allowing the operator to attach typical cross tenon top jaws. As the mounting dimensions of this product is identical to BB206 and B206, an expensive connector or cylinder in not necessary.

This equipment also features a maximum gripping range of about 178mm (minimum: xx) with a plunger stroke measuring 15mm. In addition, its maximum gripping force is 60kN, whereas its maximum speed is up to 6000RPM. Lastly, the dynamic gripping force of this chuck is approximately 20kN at the maximum.
