The body of the Industry V halogen lamp is produced from aluminium alloy by pressure casting and equipped by thick ribbing on the external surface. Ends of the ribs are significantly colder than the body itself so there is no need to decrease contact temperature with second protective cover behind which impurities usually accumulate.

The edge of the reflector is perforated thus inner air circulation in the lamp is enabled. Surface temperature of the protective glass is significantly reduced (15 °C) by this simple passive technique. Grip of the lamp is equipped with a switch IP67.

The lamp is designed for extremely harsh environment and also for machines with intense cooling.
