The BEM 6 is a machining unit manufactured by Suhner®. It is supplied with a drilling capacity of maximum diameter 6 mm.

It is designed with a 3-phase electric motor, and can be utilized in single-purpose operations. It has an incorporated pneumatic feed and hydraulic brake-cylinder assembly, for quick advance and feed control.

The BEM 6 is a standard model, while the BEM 6 E is peck feed model. The BEM 6 has a strong cast-iron enclosure, and a slim design. In addition, it is provided with a precision collet toolholder system.
