The ROTA-S plus by Schunk is a manual chucks with jaw fast-change system. This is widely recognized because this guarantees no rework after jaw change, because of its rapidly functioning system. The device also delivers the finest results in workpiece clamping, specifically on cycle controlled lathes. Another feature is the wedge bar actuation system is ensuring high precision, run-out & clamping repeatability and greatest clamping forces. This technology has 3-jaw chuck sizes, from 160mm up to 1000mm. The top jaws are the tongue and groove. Its base jaws (SFG) are compatible to system "F" (Forkardt).
