precision boring head / roughing

The Secos A750 rough boring heads are designed with an 18 to 205 mm (0.7 to 8.07 inches) diameter range for maximum boring efficiency.

There are eight boring heads incorporated with Graflex and Seco-Capto™ connection. These are equipped with a wide range of insert grades available for all materials, tough twin cutters for high metal removal, and a coolant directed into the inserts. Complete insert productivity can happen because the bending of the insert holder is restricted due to its face connection with the head body's front while machining.

Geometric hole precision is gained from the cast, flame cut or drilled hole, while its balanced structure reduces inconstancy.
