The Advanced Hydraulic Spindles by SKF offers a production of powerful pulling force which only requires a minimal effort than the basic mechanical spindles. The spindles decrease the time element for dismounting a bearing. The Advanced Hydraulic Spindles are incorporated with hydraulic pumps specifically for force generation. The maximum pulling forces are limited by especially designed safety valves for which the oil will persist unto the pump. The cylinder requires zero separate pumps. The safety valve also protects the spindle from overloading and the puller into an excessive force consumption. Its built-in spring-loaded center point located within the nosepiece permits an effective, fast and accurate centering of the puller unto its shaft without damaging the shaft center point. Its hand lever also has a grip which can be rotated within 360°.
