The SG-450 series is manufactured by Soco, and is a chip breaker slotting machine that is integrated with CBN grinding wheel, which has a saw blade diameter of up to 450 mm. It has a maximum tooth pitch of 25 mm that offers an extremely accurate performance, which is controlled by compressed air in a 26,000 rpm high speed turbine.

There is a depth of the slots and the lateral off-set from tooth to tooth, which can be easily and precisely adjusted by equipping a gauge.
