The MZE Model is a self-centering machine tool vise developed by Spreitzer. It is built with modified steel surface hardened material and precision grinded functional surface. The standard unit is suitable for raw material clamping or machined part machining on multi-axis machining centers.
The system provides maximum access, large clamping width, >|< 0.03 mm centering accuracy, 0.01 mm, and repetition accuracy 0.01 mm. In addition, the framework is equipped with 6 to 125 mm jaw width, 40 to 390 mm clamping width, and 16 to 70 kN clamping force.
