The MZR series is a mechanical center-clamping vise. The series uses a cost-effective clamping tool for its raw parts on multi-axis machining centers. The device has a compact design which can be accessed to the work piece on multi-axis machining centers. With the use of reversible jaws, the clamping width can be enlarged.
The series is a powerful, solid, rigid and strong device. The first set-up consists of grip jaws. The second set-up consists of smooth jaw steps. The device offers best result with 500N/mm² material strength work pieces. The jaw width ranges from 36 bis 80mm. The clamping width ranges from 70 bis 195mm. The clamping force has a 16 bis and 40kN.
