Tiger▪tec® Silver ISO P Generation by Walter is a newly designed cutting tool material. Released with interesting combinations of new grade and new geometries, this unique material has CVD coating process and is integrated with universal insert geometry range of FP5, MP3, MP5, RP5 and WPP10S, WPP20S, WPP30S for steel machining. When turning steel, one can expect an output of 75%. This increase in productivity is due to Tiger▪tec® Silver coating with optimised aluminium oxide microstructure. With its increased convenience of 20 % to 40 % wider application range, operators no longer need to use different inserts for production processes.
