Komet JEL® MGF XH Micro allows making of threads into already hardened parts such as aviation parts, implants, etc. With this, complicated remachining caused by hardening distortion is prevented. It provides improved stability due to its TiAlN coating and no internal cooling. It allows thread milling up to 1.5xD. It is ideal for hardened steels in the range of 45 and 60 HRC. It provides anti-clockwise cutting between M1 and M2.5.

In addition, JEL® MGF XH provides various other advantages. A single tool is sufficient for two processes - thread milling and 90° countersinking - which results in lower tool costs. Global, 24/7 facility is available for calling CNC programmes - tpt.kometgroup.com.

The device provides multiple uses, such as thread milling and 90° countersinking. For example, M1 thread milling cutter is used for making M1.1 and M1.2.
