The Thermal Bonding Film 583 is a nitrile phenolic based thermosetting adhesive film manufactured by 3M™. Its key features includes versatility; a heat or solvent activation; an ability to be die-cut; a minor surface tack; a heat crosslinkable option; and a reduced temperature lamination of the nitrile phenolic film line.

In addition, it has an adhesive thickness of 0.05 mm and a bond cure time of 5 min.
