These cylindrical retaining magnets have a red lacquered steel housing which is resistant to temperatures up to 180 °C. The aluminum-nickel-cobalt magnet (AlNiCo) is resistant to temperatures up to 450 °C.

The RMP cylindrical retaining magnets have a threaded hole and are high performance shielded magnetic systems with moderate overall dimensions. These magnets feature an iron plate on their adhesive surface to ensure easier handling and to avoid the occurrence of demagnetisation.
