Grease CSX 2000 is an extreme pressure grease to be used in heavy duty; it presents an excellent behavior in saline water corrosive environments. With a Timken charge of 60 lbs. OK, grease CSX 2000 is recommended in severe works of machinery used in the construction industry and mining equipment. It is repellent to water, corrosion resistant, and has a wide range of operation temperatures. The grease also has a good selection for applications where extreme pressure or multiple services are required.
Grease CSX 2000 fulfills with the automotive and industrial specifications required by ASTM D 4950, established in classification GC-LB guaranteed by the National Lubricating Grease Institute.
Grease CSX 2000 is recommended to be used in the automotive industry as well as in the severe service machinery used in construction, mining, agriculture, or any operation where a stable grease at cut, high work charges and corrosion resistance is required.


Propiedades

Wide temperature range: Grease CSX 2000 has an elevated drip point, allowing its use in a variety of process that are subject to temperature change.
Adhesive and cohesive: Grease CSX 2000 has a special thickening agent which provides special water (and other corrosive material) repellent characteristics.
Work charge capacity: Grease CSX 2000 contains special additives which allow the grease to pass the Timken test without problems at 60 lbs. It prevents wear out in the majority of the process demanding high work charges.
