WHITE BORON NITRIDE ASSEMBLY COMPOUND

NB 1200 is a white compound that can be used for the "clean" lubrication of mechanical parts and lubrication of mechanisms subject to heavy loads and slow speeds. Thanks to its extreme pressure additives and friction-proof properties, this compound helps prevent assembled parts subject to heavy loads, impacts or vibrations or high temperatures from seizing up. Excellent resistance to water, steam and aggressive atmospheres. It also reduces fretting. The assembly compound has been developed to meet nuclear standards less than 200 ppm of halogen and sulphur.

Plastic injections: lubrication of mould ejectors and columns.

Metalworking: lubrication of columns and moving parts of cutting tools.

Assembly of nuts, bolts and fastenings subject to extreme conditions with a view to facilitating dismantling operations.

Assembly of steam seals, cable glands, valve seals and rods and miscellaneous assemblies.

Assembly of mechanical parts operating in high temperatures. Tap fittings lubrication.

Low-temperature lubrication: - 40°C

Oily lubrication: 160°C

Dry lubrication: 1200°C.
