Type B-sil has a smooth surface. The base material is glass fibre impregnated with silicone. Silicone glass fibre is used in many applications. For example in industrial processes in which non-stick properties are important and the fabric must be flexible. Standard packing unit of type B-sil are rolls of 30 mtr, in various thicknesses and widths. Other lengths are available on request. The most common thicknesses are 0,21 mm/0,36 mm/0,48 mm. The standard colours of Silicone glass fibre are white or red (= flame retardant). Our sales engineers are at your service when you want to determine the right formula for your application.
