Recently, SELCOM have developed a range of Ultra lightweight NCFs made of carbon fibre starting from 35 g/sqm per layer with the possibility to achieve the following fibre orientations :


Stitched bonded UD : 0º layer, FAW: 45 gr/sqm;


Stitched bonded Biaxial ±45º or ±30º., FAW: 70 gr/sqm;

Stitched bonded Biaxial 0º / 90º, FAW: 70 gr/sqm;


Stitched bonded Triaxial ±45º / 90º, ±45º / 0º , FAW: 105 gr/sqm;


Stitched bonded Quadriaxial ±45º / 90º / 0º, FAW: 140 gr/sqm
