oil lubrication system / centralized / single-line

The SKF Monoflex is a single-line lubrication system that uses various metering nipples (0.01 up to 2.5 cm³) for the separate lubricant requirement for each lubrication points. A piston metering valve is positioned to ensure that the amount of lubricant is transferred accordingly.

It is integrated with a pump that functions as the deliverer of the lubricant through the distributors that leads to the lubrication points. It can be operated after or during the pump cycle. And can perform the task under the venting pressure of 2 to 70 bar and pressure ranging from 16 up to 315 bar.

Moreover, it has single line metering valves system for the easy and convenient configuration of the equipment. And also has a scalable system due to its modular structure.
