Twaron jet-spun fibrids and pulp are produced using a newly developed process and feature an adjustable structure that changes from film-like to very fine, offering exceptional binding properties and improved network formation, excellent thermal and chemical stability, easier dispersion as well as high mechanical and acoustic isolation. These products can be simply processed through the use of conventional paper machines and enable manufacturing of high quality specialized paper products. The paper products manufactured out of this material feature excellent mechanical and thermal stability, improved tensile, tear and folding strength as well as bursting pressure, along with improved "wet" performance and Z-strength (delamination resistance).
