pH electrode / glass / process

The pH process electrodes of SteamLine are low maintenance electrodes.
The temperature range is 0 to 135°C and pH 0 to 14pH application range.
Gel electrolyte is used by the reference electrode.
The electrolyte ensures even and minimal flow of the electrolyte.
A pressure mechanism exerts constant pressure on the electrode which is integrated to reference electrode.
In addition to this, reliable and retrievable results of measurement is ensured. The reference system poisoning may be avoided.

Hence SteamLine electrodes facilitate better life span, compared to the non pressurized and low maintenance electrodes.
Highly alkali resistant S Glass is used for manufacture of electrodes which are developed in extreme conditions.
Thus, they can be realized in to Clean In Place cleaning operations in addition to the Sterilization In Place.
