Hot material that leaves the kiln cooling system with a temperature of up to 600 °C sets high standards on the conveying technology. The BEUMER apron conveyors with cell widths from 500 to 2,000 mm, centre distances of up to 250 m, and conveying capacities of up to 1,255 m3/h offer the optimum system solution.
Our products for the transport of hot materials
Apron conveyors:
The apron conveyor is a cost-effective solution for the horizontal transport with inclinations of up to 28°. Extremely economical and preferred in practice for inclinations of up to 45°.
Belt apron conveyors:
Belt apron conveyors are an advancement of hot material conveyors; they are equipped with a steel wire belt instead of double sprocket chains as traction element. They are extremely efficient in handling high flow rates in connection with long centre distances and large conveying heights.
Hinged apron conveyors:
Thanks to its heavy-duty design, the hinged apron conveyor is suitable for the horizontal transport with slight inclinations. Additional carriers enable inclinations of up to 35°.
Deep bucket apron conveyors:
The deep bucket apron conveyor is exclusively used for combined routings with steep inclines and tight curves (S shape). The deeper mounted buckets with the articulated joints arranged above allow for a low overall height and create a conveyor strand with no gaps.
Tipping tray conveyors:
The tipping tray conveyor with intermediate discharge station is used where you have the option to approach several discharging points, for example to feed silo batteries and storehouses.
