The FLEXCO® SR™ Rivet Hinged System is an ideal solution for rubber plied and PVC solid woven belting. They also benefit in worn belts unfit for vulcanized splices. They come in 7 different product sizes varying in pulley diameter, PIW, belt thickness values etc.

They are used in many applications like underground and surface mining, coal and hard rock, asphalt plants, pulp and paper, sand and gravel plants etc. The pulley diameter ranges between 5" to 42" and the belt thickness varies between 1/8" to 1". They optionally come in variety of sizes and material to meet every need. The unit also offers power installation to reduce worker fatigue and ensure uniform splices.

The key features of this unit includes low-profile Scalloped Edge design that reduces exposure to cleaner blades, skirt rubber and return idlers. It also facilitates self-setting rivets in staggered pattern for maximum holding ability without damage to belt carcass fibers, built-in view port for easy fastener positioning and easy joint separation by simple removal of hinge pin.
