The pikchain® is a novel machine element for machine and plant construction which has a conveyor chain that is designed for pick and place solutions. This intelligent conveyor chain has an integrated power and data supply, which gives each conveyor link a separate function. It is equipped with attachments such as grippers, suction cups, cameras, tools, sensors and others to achieve drastic reduction (up to 30%) in pick and place times. Travels up to 30 m at a continuous speed of 2-3 m/s. May be installed horizontally, vertically or have it side mounted to 90°., with 5.0 k maximum load per conveyor chain link.
