An entirely new and improved concept for recording the weight of dry granules similar to powdered drinks, dry coffee extracts, tea, salt and sugar, detergents and other free-flowing granules. This concept prevents damage or deactivation of the product that volumetric cup filling and auger usually causes.

There is much more precision in accuracy and a decrease of more than 60% in weight error in comparison to contemporary methods. A servomotor-controlled gate allows the product to be gravity-fed to the weight hopper, which produces a very positive product that maintains its consistency.

The Ishida Cut-Gate Weight machine is capable of producing up to 15 weights(head)/minute. There is an option of 10 heads with an available 2 sizes to choose from that produce a dramatic decrease in giveaway to allow a more productive yield. The dust-proof case helps to minimize dust generation to improve appearance and functionality. The unit also features a flushing for optional nitrogen gas.
