The Nordson® 55 Gallon Rhino® SD Bulk Unloader is designed for easy operation in processes involving the dispensing of very viscous sealant materials and adhesives. Offering unmatched flow properties, this unloader is able to cater to demanding applications in manufacturing environments because of its high-quality components and top-notch wear-resistant coating for optimal operating time.

Its modular design makes it extremely flexible and easy to adapt to changes in application requirements. All components like follower plates, pumps and air motors are interchangeable, allowing seamless configuration. It is extremely durable and easy to maintain due to the small number of internal components, quick-replace packing cartridges and large internal passageways. Some of the options available include air motor size, pump ratio, light towers, automatic changeover, delivery hoses, filters and system depressurization.
