The straight tracking of the belt is compromised by this kind of conveying material, particularly when the material is sticky and adheres to the surface of the belt easily. The material is deposited on the return rollers that support the belt by adding an addition of the scale to the roller. Due to thus, wear and tear occurs and forces are brought that move the belt away from its right track.

The build of scale that is formed in certain conditions on the surface of the belt is eliminated by the contribution of return rollers with spaced rubber rings. These rings are pointed and assembled in the central part of the roller at regular intervals, where there are more chances of breakup the scale present at the belt center. The fat rings are mounted at the extremities of belt in groups to support the material.
