The MULTIRAIL® LiquidWeight from schenck process is a dynamic weighing rail for liquids that has been specifically designed for weighing liquids while stopping disturbing factors. It can weigh any set of train or wagon with high precision. To avoid any other influences on the wagon while in motion, the rail is installed without any gap or foundation. It is capable of weighing wagons and train sets running up to 10 km per hour. The system is also designed to monitor te wheel, wagon load, and axle as well at the position of gravity center of the wagon. It utilizes high-precision weighing sensors and concrete weighing sleepers that can transfer torque and force and precisely measure the vertical force components.
