chain conveyor / for alternative fuels / horizontal / for transport

The chain conveyor for transport of alternative fuels (RDF, TDF) was forwarded to dispatch at the beginning of May 2016. Opened chain conveyor of width 1,5 m and length 6 metres will be placed under the star sorter. The customer was a company Beumer Czech Republic from Ústí nad Labem which will use it for delivery of technology for cement plant in Turkey.

This equipment will solve shovelling of RDF, TDF which fall down by star-shaped sorter and transport to further processing. It is the conveyor with two transport chains connected by cross-metallic carriers. It consists of drive station with drive pushed onto the drive shaft, tensioning station (pusher tensioning by spring), tube, chain guidance and basic supports. The chain guidance is made from wear resistant sheet Hardox 450 of thickness 10 mm and a bottom of conveyor from wear resistant sheet Hardox 450 of thickness 5 mm.
Considering minimal height of conveyor bottom above the floor the bottoms are made like divided with widths of 1 000 mm, 760 mm and 700 mm. An unloading opening of redler has dimensions of 595 x 1 500 mm.

The chain conveyor is placed under the star sorter. Due to filling opening is located over the whole length of conveyor and it has dimensions of 1 320 mm x 5 990 mm. The covers of conveyor cover only the transport chains. Behind the tensioning wheel is placed a cover plate which prevents the material deposition in the area behind the tensioning wheel.
