This is a Curved monorails overhead conveyor manufactured by Tawi which features its curves that are used as an optimal overhead tool in a system. The structural design of this monorail has a 45 degree angular modules that are combined with different profiles. The curves serves as a guide of good in manufacturing process up to the final packing stations. The system is composed of single girder cranes because there are a lot of obstruction within the ceiling of the operation. One of which maybe the ventilation system of the whole operation which makes the girder crane hard to operate. Using monorail system combined with curves is the solution of the problem.
