Trio® TFC Series Conveyors are truss frame conveyors designed to economically transport bulk materials from point to point, in a fixed or stationary application.
Standard TFC Series Conveyors have bolt together frame sections for simple assembly and economical shipping. They are typically designed to be inclined between 12 and 18 degrees with equally spaced “A” frame supports to grade. Head end class II drives are equipped with Trio® ICC gear reducer including backstop, 1800 RPM, TEFC electric motor, sheaves, v-belts and v-belt drive guard. Screw type belt slack take-ups are used on conveyors up to 150’ and gravity take-ups for longer lengths. Belting is grade 2 with 3/16 x 1/16 rubber covers with mechanical splice. Premium Idlers are CEMA “C”, ICC, with 5” diameter rollers and sealed for life ball bearings.
