Trio® PRSC Series Conveyors are truss frame conveyors designed to transvers an arc pathway up to 270 degrees and stack bulk materials in a radial stockpile.
Standard PRSC Series Conveyors include a fifth wheel hitch, fenders, and brake and light package for road travel. They have an axle assembly with swivel wheels and a manual raise height adjustment structure with a pin type lock. A pivot plate anchors the tail end during radial travel. Truss sections are bolt together for simple assembly and economical shipping. Head end class II drives are equipped with Trio® ICC gear reducer including backstop, 1800 RPM, TEFC electric motor, sheaves, v-belts, v-belt drive guard and screw type belt slack take-ups. Premium Idlers are CEMA “C”, ICC, with 5” diameter rollers and sealed for life ball bearings.
