The Thomson 500 Series Roller Linear Guide provides long life, exceptional rigidity, high dynamic and static load capacities, accommodation for high moment loads, high running accuracy, multiple sealing options and multiple lubrication inlet options. High rigidity is achieved from back-to-back four-roller track arrangements, resulting in reduced elastic deformation when the load is increased.

The roller provides much a larger contact area throughout its length as compared to the ball, which eventually leads to high load capacity and reduces wear problems due to low friction generation during rolling. It offers smooth and quiet movement through patented insert molded recirculation paths and optimized geometries.
