Alfra Tools' Busbar Bending and Punching Machines with universal working cylinders are capable of easy bending via punch insertion (holes of Ø 6.6 up to 21.5 mm and oblong holes can be punched). The machines feature measurements of 120 mm x 12 mm (160 x 10 mm available upon request). They also showcase angular capabilities of up to 90°.

When bending operations occur, bending dies are inserted in the hydraulic pistons, while the electric angle readers are set in the round guide nuts of the counter blocks. Contact cables are connected with electric motors. Desired angles are fixed on the angular scales with set screws. Depending on component thickness rates, setting angles to 1° to 3° above the preferred angles are recommended.
