The AERO incorporates everything needed to make a perfect splice in a conveyor belt without the need for an air pump, couplings, hoses, a water tank or control box.

It takes just 8-12 minutes to splice a conveyor belt with the AERO being simple to use and giving exceptional splice repeatability. It has a temperature control and integrated air cooling. There are no external components to this enclosed unit, which has a flight case.

The AERO can be supplied in 5 sizes of 12" (300 mm), 24" (600 mm), 36" (900 mm), 48" (1,200 mm) or 60" (1,500 mm). It is utilized in on-site jobs and belt shops.
