This task starts with the pro­vi­sion of ad­vice to the cus­tomer. The roller spe­cial­ists at Dreis­tern pro­vide sup­port even dur­ing prod­uct de­vel­op­ment. They rec­om­mend suit­able ma­te­ri­als, check the fea­si­bil­ity of pro­file shapes and also check the re­quired tol­er­ances. Dif­fi­cult pro­files and close tol­er­ances are their spe­cial­ity. This is no ac­ci­dent. All Dreis­tern spe­cial­ists have ex­ten­sive train­ing be­hind them be­fore they start their first job.

And there is some­thing else that dif­fer­en­ti­ates Dreis­tern from oth­ers: every Dreis­tern roll form­ing tool is tested and ready for pro­duc­tion on de­liv­ery. For this pur­pose Dreis­tern has ten in-house tri­als ma­chines. The ad­van­tage for Dreis­tern cus­tomers: they can al­ready start to pro­duce while oth­ers are still ex­per­i­ment­ing.
