mäder rack-and-pinion presses transmit their pressing force constantly over the entire length of the stroke. Direct power transmission via the hand lever permits extreme precision in the pressing operation.

The hand lever with ergonomic be fixed through 360°: Adaptable for any body size and application. Lever us angled to the side in an ergonomically comfortable position: this allows free view of work area.

The R/L version of Rack-and-pinion presses allow simple and easy conversion for lefthanders without losing the tool setting. Ideal for job sharing on one press.


The round ram of mäder pressen is characterized by high sturdiness, ground surface and precise ram bore. Tools can be fixed securely in the ram bore by means of a fixation screw. Round rams of mäder pressen are either guided in precision honed bores or in precise Teflon bushings.
