rack-and-pinion press / compression / round ram

The APZ and L-APZ series is a rack-and-pinion press which transmits the pressing force over the length of the stroke. Designed ergonomically, the hand lever can adapt to any body size and application.

An R/L version of the press can be easily converted for use of left-handed users and is therefore suitable for job-sharing on one press. The machine's round ram is manufactured with a ground surface and a precise ram bore. A fixation screw can be used to attach the tools to the ram bore.

A manual force of 120 N can be applied by the user without difficulty. Since less force is needed by most applications, operator fatigue is avoided even with mass production.
