Expanding in a modular fashion, the Lightbus system connects to electronic terminal blocks using BK2000, BK2010, or BK2020 Bus Couplers. Any number of up to 64 terminals and one end terminal is one unit consisting of one Bus Coupler. The economy variant of the BK2010 permits peripheral interfacing connections particularly in economical creation. Input/output terminals of up to 64 digital each can be connected.
