The IS’TECH valve gate controller, a system independent of the machine processes, is fully able to meet the most demanding needs of the sequential injection market.

IS'TECH can control from 4 to 20 gates (per module of 4 channels). The LCD interface integrated in the cabinet enables control of up to 5 Openings/Closings per cycle, and programming time from injection start or hold start, or based on the screw position and injection pressure. Its newest function allows nozzle opening or closing from mold sensors, external analog signals, or 0/1.
