The Nordson® Temperature Control Unit is an effective way to monitor and maintain material temperature. The TCU heats, cools and circulates the closed-loop conditioning water through heat exchangers and ancillary components. By doing this, you can save up to 15%.

When the unit is operational, water is heated by an electric circulation heater(s) located in the TCU unit. Nordson knows that the coating materials get damaged by high temperature so they included an adjustable high-temperature safety switch that can disable the heater circuit when it exceeds the set temperature. The unit disables even if the controller is still calling for heat. Other features include maintenance-free water circulators, water reservoir with level switch, pressure and temperature gauges, and adjustable flow indicator.
