With the HGW 1031, SIGMATEK introduces a wireless mobile operating panel to the market. Through data exchange via WLAN, the up to 25 m long cable is eliminated and the user has a new freedom for monitoring and operation direct on site.

The mobile panel is equipped with a resistive 10.4" color touch screen and an EDGE2 Technology processor, which is also suitable for demanding visualizations. With its well-conceived design, the mobile panel in IP54 protection is comfortable to operate for both right and left-handers. Despite the integrated battery pack, the HGW 1031 weighs only 1,200 g and therefore ensures low-fatigue work. The battery pack enables up to 2 hours of continuous operation. In the next step, the wireless handheld panel will be equipped with an emergency stop function via WLAN. In view of Industry 4.0, the ergonomics of the machine or system is increased via the WLAN communication.

The HGW 1031 is, as all other SIGMATEK systems are, also comfortably programmed with the all-in-one engineering tool LASAL. As the visualization tool, LASAL SCREEN thereby provides extensive libraries of display and design elements, alarm and event functions, as well as recipe management.
