The LB 490 uni-Probe from Berthold is mainly used for the non-contacting, non-intrusive measurement of point level or constant level. This device is a solid which combines the detector and assessment in one tool. It is equipped with interfaces for HART, profibus PA and foundation field bus. The device is capable of converting to HART connection when using the profiBus or Fieldbus systems. The independent 4 to 20 mA current output can be used as other signal output.
