The Aseptoflex Vario allows for compact flow monitoring in hygienic areas. It features the new G1 connection with 4 sealing options. It has been prepared and tested for use with process fittings of hygienic areas and is suitable for operation at medium temperatures up to 120 °C. It benefits from an LED bar graph which indicates the flow and switch point. The wetted parts are constructed from high-grade stainless steel (1.4435/316L). Process adaptors can be added as accessories.

The Aseptoflex Vario is easy to handle and offers high functionality. A push button can be pressed to adjust the flow and setting of the switch points. The switch point and flow are highlighted by multicolor LEDS which are displayed directly on the unit. High repeatability is offered by the unit which ensures optimum process consistency.

Individual sensor adjustment through the teach function as well as detection of air/water separation layers is possible. Maximum safety is offered through the electronic locking of the settings and factory resetting of the parameters.
