The EA Series ultrasonic level transmitter is a non-contact and easy-to-install level measuring device used for measuring the changing level or height of a liquid within an enclosed environment such as a tank, with little to no maintenance required.
The EA series is an ultrasonic level transmitter that measures the changing levels of a wide range of liquid materials. The EA ultrasonic level transmitter emits a sonic pulse, or ultrasonic sound wave, at a specific frequency which travels toward the surface of the fluid. When the ultrasonic wave reaches the fluid surface it reflects back to the EA unit. The time interval between transmission and reception of the ultrasonic wave is directly related to the empty space distance in the vessel.
