The SLG64-0075 is a dynamic flow monitor made for UHPLC applications. This monitor uses highly-sensitive CMOSens® microchip that is located in the fused silica channel wall, it is responsible for detecting mass flow. The flow channel can work with pressures of at most 1,000 bar or 15,000 psi with measuring response time of only 30 minutes.
This device is specially designed to monitor dynamic flow rates in modern chromatography systems. It is equipped with high repeat ability feature in analyzing, which is exactly needed for applications in HPLC micro fluidic systems. The flow rate is at most 5 µl/min in precision mode and 20 µl/min in extended mode.
