The SLQ-QT500 is manufactured by Sensirion, and is a liquid flow meter unit that is ideal for use in rapid dosing applications with a flow rate that ranges up to 120 ml/min for water-based fluids and hydrocarbon-based fluids. The unit is also suitable for use in semiconductor process control operations in the semicon industry together with different kinds of dosing and flow operations in other industries. It has a response time of lower than 30 ms, and has an utmost operating pressure of up to 10 bar.

The components of the model that are subjected to wetting are only the quartz glass tube, and the fittings made of PFA. The path of the fluid is straight, and the sensor does not have any mobile components.
